Do you need your documents certified and legalized through the Kuwait Embassy or Consulate office?
We provide Kuwait Embassy and Consulate legalization services in the United States. If you will be moving to Kuwait for a specific length of time, you may be asked to legalize some of your personal documents and/or business documents. For example, you may be asked to legalize your marriage certificate and FBI background check.
If you are planning to work in Kuwait, you will be asked to authenticate your diploma/degree.
If you plan to do business in Kuwait, you will be asked to legalize business related documents through the Kuwait Embassy before it can be accepted in the country of Kuwait.
We can process both personal and business documents for Kuwait.
As of this article, the Kuwait Embassy charges $25 per authentication (estimated). This fee many change at any time so please contact us for the most up-to-date information.

In addition to your documents, the Kuwait Embassy or Consulate may request additional information. For example, if you need to legalize a U.S. birth certificate for Kuwait, you will be also asked to provide the following documentation:
- Cover letter from the applicant detailing the purpose of the authentication request and including the applicant’s contact information.
- An original birth certificate issued by the Health Department of the state, and certified by both the Secretary of State and the U.S. Department of State in Washington, D.C.
- Copy of the birth certificate.
- Copy of applicant’s passport.
- Copy of parents passport (if under 18 years of age).
- Copy of the marriage certificate of the parents (If under 18 years of age).
- Copy of parent’s marriage license.
Please Note: We can help you with documents originating from or notarized within the United States and for Kuwait. If your documents originated from Kuwait (Example: Birth, marriage, death, divorce, etc..), you will need to contact the correct competent authority to assist you in that country.
Legalizing and attesting documents for Kuwait can be complicated and time-consuming.
