Do you need to apostille your Income and Benefits Statement issued by the Social Security Administration?
Are you planning to retire in Central or South America and need to prove to their Government that you are receiving monthly retirement benefits from the U.S. Federal Government? The most popular countries we apostille this type of documents are for Panama, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Dominican Republic, Colombia, Venezuela, Brazil, and Portugal.
Please contact the local Social Security Administration office and mention that you need the Social Security Income and Benefits Statement letter signed by the Acting Commissioner of the Social Security Administration. The letter will bear a facsimile of the signature of the Acting Commissioner which is sufficient for processing. Please note, that if your letter is NOT signed by the Acting Commissioner of the Social Security Administration, it CANNOT be apostilled. This document must also include a red ribbon and gold seal. We are unable to obtain this document on your behalf.
Note: You will also need to apostille your FBI background check. If you are planning to get married, you will also need to apostille your single status affidavit.
At Apostille, Inc., we take the guesswork out of obtaining an apostille on your Social Security documents.
