The U.S. Patent and Trademark office is a branch of the Unites States Department of Commerce. This document is bound by the Patent and Trademark Office with a bronze seal and signed by the Certifying Officer.
Documents issued by the US Patent and Trademark office can be apostilled through our Washington DC Apostille office. In order for your document to receive an apostille, you must mail in the certified copy issued by the Patent and Trademark office with our order forms.
We recommend that you mail in your certified documents by FedEx, UPS, or DHL to our Washington, D.C. office. Documents mailed in by USPS can be delayed. Please contact our office for the most up-to-date processing time and availability.
