We’re truly sorry to hear that your package hasn’t made it to our office yet, even though the tracking says it’s been delivered. We can only imagine how frustrating and upsetting this must be, especially when you’ve been looking forward to it arriving. We’re here to help sort this out and make things right as quickly as we can. Please know we’re on your side and will do everything possible to track down your package and keep you updated every step of the way.
Sometimes, even though a package shows as delivered or signed for, it doesn’t always mean it’s reached our receptionist’s desk. We receive tons of packages each month, and while most arrive smoothly, we’ve sadly seen cases where delivery drivers might mark a package as delivered without actually dropping it off or, in rare cases, even forge signatures. It’s disappointing because we all count on delivery companies to handle our packages with care and honesty.
There are a few common reasons why your package might not be in our hands yet:

It could have been dropped off at the wrong building or floor.

It might be at a different drop-off spot instead of our office.

The driver may have accidentally left it on the truck.

It could’ve been delivered on a weekend or holiday when our office was closed.

The sender might not have included our full company name (Apostille, Inc.) or complete address on the shipping label.

In some cases, the package might be held by the delivery company if it’s flagged as suspicious.

Or, it could be lost or misplaced by the delivery company.
The good news is that in most cases—about 95% of the time—missing packages show up within a week or two. Often, they’ve been delivered to the wrong spot (like the wrong floor), and someone kindly returns it to the delivery company to get it to us. But if four weeks pass and we still haven’t received it, there’s a chance it may be lost, misplaced, or even stolen, which we know is heartbreaking to hear.
