Do you need to apostille your birth or death certificate from New York City (NYC)?
In order to apostille your long form NYC birth or death certificate, you’ll need to mail in the certified copy with the white exemplification letter. The long form birth or death certificate includes additional information and is generally used for international purposes, such as dual citizenship, international adoption, international marriage, time of birth and apostille certificates.
